Life Care Assist delivers home modifications that make living spaces safer, more accessible, and tailored to each individual’s needs.

We understand that the right housing can transform lives — but accessibility and construction expertise don’t always come together. At Life Care Assist, they do.

As an NDIS registered SDA provider, we collaborate with licensed and registered builders to design and deliver home modifications that enhance safety, independence, and comfort for people with disability, older Australians, and private clients.

From minor adjustments to complex renovations, our team ensures every project is functional, compliant, and built to the highest standard.
