Not always. Some SDA homes are single-tenant apartments. Others are shared houses. We match participants carefully to ensure the right fit.

Yes. To live in an SDA property, your NDIS plan must include SDA funding. We also help you explore funding pathways and provide supporting evidence if you’re not there yet.

Yes. You have choice and control over your daily supports. We help coordinate with your chosen SIL provider if needed.
