Yes. Some SDA homes are single-tenant apartments. Others are shared houses. We talk with you about what works best.

Yes. Participants pay a reasonable rent contribution (set by the NDIS), plus board for food and utilities if sharing. The rest is covered through your SDA funding.

You register your interest with us. We’ll ask about your funding, preferred location, and what you need in a home. We then match you with available or upcoming builds.

No. Home modifications are separate. They are funded under the “Capital” budget in your NDIS plan.
